Hello, my name is Scott Johnson and I'm a graphic designer and photographer. A passion for drawing comic book heroes as a child grew into a love for art which ultimately put me on an unavoidable career path. A career in a creative field really was the only place I could imagine myself spending my professional life in the future.
I began working professionally as a graphic designer in the late 90's. I've worked for a tech start-up, a political consulting firm, a global corporation, and now I'm back where it all started working for my alma mater.
Working in the graphic design industry today means being a graphic designer who is equal parts creative, builder, problem-solver, and learner. I do my best to keep pace with emerging trends and explore new technologies. But at heart, I’m still that kid who loves to draw comic book heroes. I just use a computer now.
